At Trace by Elsa Zgheib, each piece is custom-made and personalized for every customer.
Because our products are made especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
This includes personalized jewelry, fingerprint items, engraved pieces, custom sizes, and any product made according to the customer’s request.
Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order, including names, spelling, sizes, fingerprint images, phone number, delivery details, and any customization request.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production has started.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please check your order carefully upon delivery or pickup.
If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report the issue immediately at the time of delivery or pickup.
Once the order has been accepted, we may not be able to accept claims related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
